Warranty
120 Days warranty: we provide 120 days of warranty (120 days from the date of receipt) for all the faulty or defect items, regardless of the body or spare parts.
Note: we couldn't provide the warranty for inproper ways of operation.Therefore, we have to clarify that we doesn't offer waranty for products operated in situations below:
- Use the product while charging
- Clean the product while it's turned on
- Use the product while it's still wet.
- Non-waterproof part of the body washed
Money Back
- We wish you shop with confidence. Once you find the product comes with faulty, or not works as described, chat with the customer care team or send a message to service@propinkup.com to get the product/order refunded. In this case, you could request to have a replacment as well.
I changed my mind (Product adjustment or cancel)
If you change your mind after the order placed, kindly contact our customer care team through service@propinkup.com or chat with the service team member.
We'd be happy to make a change or cancel your order before the order shipped. Usually you could take the dispatching time ( referral to our shipping policy ) as the hesitation period.
If your product has been shipped already, unfortunately we could not cancel your order anymore, while you could apply the money back & return process once you received the parcel.
Kindly note: as known to all, the adult toy doesn’t allowed to resell once used for health and hygiene reasons. To request a return if the item doesn’t work well during the warranty, kindly contact our customer care team through service@propinkup.com. To stay integrated, both warranty & money back policies are applied mandatory.
Missing Items
If you received the shipping notification Email twice and with more than one tracking string number, which means you’ll have several packages.
We always double-check your package through item list & parcel weight. In case of missing items, you could choose to get your money back or we re-send the missing item without cost.
Product Not Received
If you do not have your package after the listed shipping item, kindly contact our customer care team for update. we will investigate it ASAP.
Technically, the investigation won’t be longer than 48 hours(Working day). After that,we will provide the updated tracking number, the latest package location, refund or compensation.
Product Damaged Within Warranty
If you found the item damaged within warranty, we will replace or refund your order. Kindly share with us the details, including the images or short videos to make sure we could understand what's the exact issue and deal with the case A.S.A.P.
